Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by New Wave Vitality — including peptide compounds and telehealth-related products — are intended strictly for research and wellness purposes. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the exception criteria listed below are met.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

• You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
• You receive an item different from what you ordered.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• The issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
• You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item is unopened and unused.
• The return is initiated within 7 working days of delivery.

If your return is approved due to damage or an order error, New Wave Vitality will cover the cost of return shipping.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

We will not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns initiated after 7 working days of delivery.
• Dissatisfaction with results from telehealth consultations or prescribed protocols.
